matchTime.matchTimeSSR(ssr, nfit)#
Parameters

  • ssr (N x 1 float) – the sum of squared residuals, to fit a parabola to the minimum

  • nfit (int) – numer of timepoints to include in fit domain

Returns

  • matchtime (float) – independent variable at the minimum of parabolic fit

  • matchtime_unc (float) – uncertainty (~standard deviation) of the minimum of the parabola’s independent variable value
